Our carrier is ROYAL MAIL. They deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am – 6pm only. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

This means that the product is currently out of stock, however we aim to ship your order within 10 working days.

These are items which we do not currently hold in stock but can be ordered. Payment is taken when we receive the order.

This refers to an order being placed for a product that has recently been announced but the stock has not yet arrived from the suppliers. By completing a ‘pre-order’ for the product you will be placed on a waiting list, which is fulfilled on a first-come first-served basis when stock arrives. We will pre authorise your credit or debit card at the point of ordering but no payment will be taken until the item is dispatched to you. We will contact you prior to the stock arriving to advise of expected delivery. Collect at store is not available on pre-orders placed online.

Where finance options are available on pre-order items, monthly payments will not commence until stock is dispatched to you.

No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays so orders placed before 8pm on a Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day.
