These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully prior using this website.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.

Eligibility to use this website

Quality Camera does not sell products for purchase to individuals under the age of 16. Users between the ages of 16-18 may use qualitycamera.co.uk under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Quality Camera holds the right to refuse or cancel orders, and/or terminate accounts at their sole discretion.

This website

Quality Camera owns the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is only allowed with the express consent of Quality Camera.

You may create hyperlinks to the Quality Camera homepage and any product pages provided this link does not represent Quality Camera or its products and services in a false, misleading or derogatory manner. You may only use the Quality Camera logo or any other proprietary graphic with the express written consent of Quality Camera.

While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Quality Camera website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

We make no warranty that the Quality Camera website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error–free, and that defects will be corrected. Quality Camera makes no warranty that the site or the server are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website. Use of this website is at your sole risk and Quality Camera will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this site.

We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Quality Camera website.

The Contract Between Us

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Quality Camera. Quality Camera must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received, Quality Camera will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. This confirmation email constitutes an offer from you to us and no contract is entered at this point.

An acceptance of your offer will be confirmed by Quality Camera at the time when we send you an email confirming your order has been dispatched. This is known as the Dispatch Email and this Dispatch Email will form part of the sale contract between you and us.

Quality Camera is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order whichever is your preference.

Payment Details

Quality Camera accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta via Paypal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion if applicable.

Please note that Quality Camera will not store your card details under the PCI Compliance Act.

Availability of Goods You Order

If Quality Camera has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible. Quality Camera will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. Quality Camera will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but promotional stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimize disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Delivery

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

Our orders are processed within 24hours after the orders have successfully passed the security checks and are sent via insured and track able delivery service via DHL, UPS, Royal Mail or other reputable couriers.

The value of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery company and service you will be offered. Depending on the methods used the timescale of delivery can take up to 8 days, although it is often sooner. For more accurate timescales visit the individual product page to see the expected delivery time. Please note, that we do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Quality Camera will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Quality Camera shall not be liable for any business losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date and goods availability.

Postage

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure

Quality Camera shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods received, you can also cancel your order within 14 days (also known as the cooling off period) after receipt of goods and ask for a refund or replacement. The customer then has a further 14-days to return the item to us.

Please contact us at info@qualitycamera.co.uk to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and returns address. Will need you to package the returned items securely, including all original packaging and accessories. For your protection, it is advisable to return the product to us via a recorded and track able service.

Please note that you will bear the cost of returning the items to us unless the item is delivered to you in error or faulty by us. We are also not able to refund any priority, express or courier service and we can only issue refund of postage fee should you provide us the receipt within the returned parcel or email us the receipt within 7 days after the returned parcel has been sent to us.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event you will like to return an item to us as the good is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose under the Sales of Goods Act, please fill in a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form outlining the fault and return to us within 14 days from the date of the RMA form is issued.

Damaged during transit

Despite trying our best to choose the most reputable courier and delivery providers in the market, some parcels may be damaged during transit unforeseeable.

If you are in receipt of a damaged or tampered parcel please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Any notification received after the time has lapsed, you will be deemed to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be processed thereof.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping by notifying us in writing. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Quality Camera website or email to info@qualitycamera.co.uk with your order number and intention of cancelling.

Product Warranties

Quality Camera warranty periods will depend on the brand of product purchased. For a detailed list, please visit our Warranty page by clicking here.

We always try our best to action a warranty repair as soon as possible, and hence we carefully select our authorised repair centers. However, please note that it may take up to 28 working days should specific parts need to be ordered to complete the repair.

General Terms

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover the Quality Camera website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Changes to This Agreement

Quality Camera reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. By continuous use of this site you are deemed to accept and agree to all terms outlined on these terms and conditions.

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
